Mrs. Johnnie just got married and was ready to move in with her husband. She had a house of her own so she needed time to move her belongings and close on a certain timeline. Danny and his family moved their mother into a nursing home and had been left with taking care of their family home. This home was where their family grew up so they had quite a bit of sentimental belongings in the home that the family wanted to take. Woody called us from a piece of mail he received a few months back. He found himself in a situation where he had a reverse mortgage in place and his equity was diminishing by the month.
